- Cancellation Policy: 48 hours advance notice prior to arrival (local HK time 12:00hrs noon) for cancellation or amendments is required. Cancellation made within 48 hours prior to check in date will be charged one (1) night room charge penalty.
- Guarantee Policy: 1st night room rental will be taken for guarantee purpose 7 days prior of arrival. Room will be released after 1st night for any no show and 1st night room rental will be charged as no show penalty.
- Cancellation Policy: Full prepayment is required by credit card at the time of booking. Prepayment will not be refunded. Booking cannot be cancelled and no amendments to the traveling dates are allowed.
- Guarantee Policy: A full non-refundable advance deposit is required for this booking at the time of booking. The required deposit amount is equivalent to the total room cost including any applicable service charge of this booking. This non-refundable deposit will be forfeited if you cancel or fail to arrive. Payment may be subjected to the prevailing bank charges.
Terms and Conditions
- Guest(s) have to be 18 years or older with a valid government issued ID to check-in.
- Fulfilling credit card security requirements, the hotel will verify the credit card utilized for booking guarantee upon arrival, this card should accompany the guest if they are settling the account personally.
- All third party credit card payments require an authorization form if the cardholder is not present at the hotel, this will include a scanned copy of the credit card (both sides). Bank transfers can be accepted as an alternative payment, provided they are received more than 7 working days in advance to the reservation arrival date. If neither of this can be provided, then charges must be settled by another credit card or cash. Prepayment shall be then refunded to the initial credit card once full charges have been settled.
- Debit card can only be used for settle payment upon departure but not for guarantee purpose.
- Incidental deposit is required at HK$200 per room per night
- No event/party/function/wedding purpose instead of as guest accommodation is permitted.
